The cheesemaking workshop, held by experts, consists of making cheese in an artisanal way, with creating your own cheese yourself and taste it or take it with you. An educational experience that will allow you to discover the secrets of cheesemaking and its step-by-step process, from the coagulation of milk, to the forming and salting. Fun and educational workshop for both adults and children with the handing out of a certificate as a souvenir.
At the end of the experience it will be possible to taste three or four of the farm's most famous cheeses, accompanied by a glass of a local wine.
