- Al hacer la reserva, asegúrese de seleccionar la edad correcta. Si selecciona un precio de entrada con descuento para mayores de 60 años, niños de 4 a 11 años o bebés gratuitos de 0 a 3 años, también deberá presentar una prueba de edad en forma de documento de identidad con fotografía. Si se comprueba que la edad es incorrecta, deberá comprar una nueva entrada en el parque para poder entrar.
- Una vez que haya llegado al complejo, tendrá que comprar por adelantado el traslado antes de subir al autobús que le llevará al parque mediante un código QR con pago por tarjeta. El código QR estará disponible en un cartel en la recepción. Una vez comprado, recibirá un vale y un enlace con información sobre horarios y puntos de recogida en toda la isla. Los traslados de ida y vuelta cuestan 9,50 EUR por persona desde los complejos del norte de la isla y 6,50 EUR por persona desde los complejos del sur, a partir de los 4 años (de 0 a 3 años gratis).
