Descubre la destreza y el arte necesarios para crear lámparas y adornos de jardín a partir de calabazas, y escucha de la propia Hatice que lo que distingue a su negocio es su liderazgo en un entorno laboral dominado por hombres, así como su compromiso por la motivación de las mujeres locales y la elección de materiales sostenibles.
Durante un taller práctico, tendrás la oportunidad de hacer tu propia calabaza decorativa y aprender más sobre el trabajo de Hatice con la comunidad local de mujeres. Hatice retribuye su éxito contratando a mujeres de la zona para que decoren las calabazas desde sus casas para su negocio. También preparan los aperitivos que disfrutarás durante el taller. El objetivo de Hatice es ayudar a las mujeres que no pueden trabajar en un empleo convencional por tener que cuidar a sus hijos o por otras limitaciones similares, ofreciéndoles así una forma cómoda de ganarse la vida.
