Ce qui vous attend

Pamukkale signifie "château de coton" en turc, et vous comprendrez vite pourquoi en découvrant ses paysages magiques, sans oublier la cité antique de Hiérapolis. Les deux sites sont classés au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Il s'agit donc d'une excursion deux en un qui vous propose de visiter deux joyaux turcs historiques exceptionnels. Et, comme pour toutes nos visites, nous faisons appel à des guides locaux experts qui connaissent parfaitement la région. Muzaffer, l'un des guides, dit : "J'ai beaucoup de choses intéressantes à raconter au cours de cette visite, que vous n'entendrez nulle part ailleurs".

Pamukkale est une tufière présentant une série de terrasses à flanc de montagne, créées par des sources naturelles, dont les dépôts ont couvert les falaises de blanc. L'effet produit serait celui d'un paysage hivernal composé de gradins et de bassins pétrifiés. Les gens s'y baignent depuis des milliers d'années, y compris les empereurs romains. Suivez leurs traces et baignez-vous dans l'une des piscines thermales ou restez simplement au sommet de Pamukkale et profitez de la vue magnifique.

Ensuite, vous vous rendrez aux ruines de l'ancienne Hiérapolis avec un théâtre, une nécropole, des temples, des bains et bien d'autres. Après le repas du midi, vous aurez du temps libre pour visiter le musée archéologique ou vous baigner dans le bain de Cléopâtre et nager parmi les colonnes antiques. Et, si vous avez un petit creux sur le chemin du retour, vous serez invité à vous restaurer dans un restaurant forestier local.

  • Pour votre information, afin d'atteindre le point de départ d'où part le car, il se peut qu'un service supplémentaire de navette ou de car soit mis en place pour vous conduire de votre hôtel à ce point de départ. Si vous devez prendre ce transfert pour rejoindre le car, il n'y aura pas de guide à bord. Le guide vous attendra près du car principal, au point de départ de l'excursion.
  • Veuillez noter qu'il s'agit de notre visite d'hiver, disponible uniquement entre le 1er novembre et le 30 avril.
  • Si vous voyagez en été, veuillez choisir notre visite d'été de Pamukkale et Hierapolis avec le lac Salda.
  • Ne convient pas aux familles avec de jeunes enfants en raison de la longue durée du trajet en autocar.
  • La piscine Cleopatra est actuellement en rénovation et n'est pas accessible.
  • Attention, la journée sera longue avec divers trajets. Selon votre lieu de séjour, vous pourriez passer jusqu'à 10 heures sur la route au total, et l'expérience pourrait durer entre 16 et 18 heures.
