ONTDEK DE VOLCANISCHE HELLINGEN VAN VENETIË DOOR DE PROEVEN De Euganeïsche heuvels zijn een groep heuvels vanaf vulkanische oorsprong die 300 tot 600 m hoog oprijzen buiten de Padovan-Venetiaanse vlakte, enkele km ten zuiden vanaf Venetië.Onder begeleiding vanaf de lokale reisleider betreedt u het hart vanaf de Euganeïsche heuvels om, dankzij het bezoek aan twee gerenommeerde wijnhuizen vanaf het Euganeïsch gebied, de beste wijnproductie vanaf het gebied te ontdekken. Hier maken de bijzondere vulkanische oorsprong vanaf de bodem en het goede klimaat het verbouwen vanaf verschillende wijnstokken mogelijk. Onder de witte wijnen: de Serprino, biotype vanaf de Glera wijnstok, is de "vulkanische" versie vanaf Prosecco; de Pinot bianco; de Garganega, de Chardonnay en Manzoni. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot en Carmènere hebben een plekje gevonden tussen de rode wijnen. Tussen een wandeling door de wijngaarden, een bezoek aan de kelder en verschillende wijnproeverijen in combinatie met typische lokale producten luisteren we naar de wijze verhalen vanaf de wijnmakers over de expressies vanaf hun beste wijnen.
