You'll learn to make the Murgh Chicken Makhani from Delhi; a tender, aromatic and fragrant Beef Rendang from Indonesia and a delicious Vegan Red Thai curry loaded with a variety of vegetables. All curries are served with turmeric and coriander rice, raita, garlic naan bread, mango chutney.
