It is in an ancient eighteenth-century rural complex located in Ortonovo, near Sarzana, where Paolo Bosoni, founder and soul of the Cantine Lunae, has created a center where wine, gastronomy and art can coexist and have a voice. The encounter between wines, liqueurs and products of the Essentiae laboratory, the productions and selections of Ca Lunae, take place in the structure and gardens of the old farmhouse.

The Peasant snack
A journey that will take you back in time, when farmers stopped working in the field to consume the food offered by the Soil.
Enjoy a tasting of three wines, combined with a selection of breads and Focaccia from the historical ovens of the area and tastings of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from a very limited selection of Olives from our land. The freshness and mineral notes of the whites will go well with a selection of typical cured meats produced by an important historical sausage factory in the area. The good body of the red wine, on the other hand, will be combined with a selection of small producers' cheeses, obtained from pastures in Lunigiana, served in combination with homemade jams and preserves produced in our Essentiae Lvnae Laboratory.

The delicate and floral notes of Fior di Luna will find an excellent match with a selection of bruschettas made with typical products of our territory. The mineral notes and freshness of our Black Label will be enhanced by the combination of selected cured meats produced by an important local sausage factory. The excellent structure of Niccolò V will find a special pairing with the selection of shepherd's cheeses, obtained from the pastures in Lunigiana, proposed in combination with homemade jams and preserves produced in our Essentiae Lvnae Laboratory.
Essentiae Lunae Orange Liqueur
Ancient recipe that uses only sweet oranges in season, thus giving a little taste of 'summer in the Mediterranean coast' to every sip
The tasting will begin with a selection of breads and focaccia of the historical ovens of the area and with tastings of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from a very limited selection of Olives from our land. Furthermore, we will be happy to present the selection of our wines in combination with dishes of traditional rural cuisine. The light softness of the whites will find a good match with the traditional vegetable pies of Lunigiana. Our red Circus will be paired with a selection of cured meats, produced by an important historic sausage factory in the area, leaving its great versatility to express. The excellent structure of the Niccolò V will find a special pairing with a selection of shepherd's cheeses proposed in combination with homemade jams and preserves produced in our Essentiae Lvnae Laboratory. To conclude, a small sweet moment, chosen from the delights offered by the local ovens, will be accompanied by tastings of the artisan orange liqueur
