Your day starts nice and early with your Sydney pick up. Get to know your group and before you know it, you will cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge and are on your way to the Hunter Valley! Your first stop is an internationally recognized working winery where you'll have the chance to go behind-the-scenes on a winemaking tour. Learn all about the processes and knowledge that goes into making wine.
Throughout the day, you will visit several wineries where you'll taste a variety of different wines, only available at the cellar door. You will learn about the story behind each winery, walk among the vines, and taste local produce. Cellar doors will offer you special wine deals so if you find wines you like, you can take them home as a souvenir!
After a full day of the tour, you will have lunch at the lovely Hunter Valley restaurant where you can relax with a beer or a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery of the rolling hills, lakes, and vineyards.
