The experience begins with a warm welcome from your guide in the shop of the award-winning chocolatier Darcis, whose refined chocolates are among the best in Belgium.
After our introductions, you'll first see a demonstration of chocolate tempering which is crucial to achieving the smooth, beautiful appearance of finished chocolate. Then, you'll get to temper chocolate yourself, and make your own tasty works of chocolate art and mendiants with the help of a passionate chocolate expert.
Parents, this class is kid-friendly for your children under 8. You and your child will be able to co-create your own chocolate works of art, so don't miss this sweet opportunity to share with your child!
Step by step, you'll be guided throughout the class, complete with chocolate explanations - you can even uncover the secrets of the bean-to-bar chocolate process. And if you have any chocolate questions, your trained chocolate professor will be happy to answer them.
