Meeting point:

For arrivals at Dubai International Airport (DXB), please note the following instructions: Terminal 1 - You'll find the local airport representative (Elevate DMC, orange uniform) at the end of the arrival hall on the right side, holding a sign board with your name to welcome you; Terminal 3 - After collecting your luggage, turn left and exit the arrival hall, the airport representative will be waiting for you at the meeting point.

What to remember

Know in advance:

This is a one-way private transfer service. For a return transfer you need to make another booking
A local airport representative will provide assistance, hand you a welcome envelope containing useful details about your destination, and take you to the driver. The driver will escort you to the vehicle in the parking area, located approximately 50 metres from the terminal exit
For hotel pick-up, please note the following instructions: it's recommended to schedule the pick-up at least 3.5 hours before your scheduled flight departure time (default pick-up time). The driver will be present in the lobby area before the scheduled pick-up time
Transfer is available between Dubai International Airport (DXB)/Port Rashid and any Dubai hotel in the following areas: Dubai City (Deira/Bur Dubai), Sheikh Zayed Road, Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai Marina, Tecom, Media City, Palm Jumeirah
