Visit TerraQuilia, a winery in the Modena Apennines producing organic sparkling wines made with the ancestral winemaking method: with sediment inside the bottle or disgorged after being left on lees for 12 to 36 months.
The winery is located in a suggestive position among green hills, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. During the visit, you will be taken for a tour of the vineyards and guided in the winemaking, bottling, storage and aging rooms in order to discover the secrets of the winery's production philosophy.
Afterward, you will finally be able to taste three of the most representative labels of the winery wisely guided by an expert. In combination with the wines, you will also be offered a light lunch based on "tigelle montanare" with mixed cold cuts, cheeses and organic jams.
