Not allowed:

• Qasr Al Hosn may restrict items that are brought on site, including without limitation food, beverages, cameras, video and audio recording equipment, seating, selfie sticks, and items considered unlawful, hazardous, dangerous or potential weapons

Know in advance:

• You'll receive the entry ticket(s) in a separate email 24 hours prior to your travel date, or within 60 minutes for the same day travel
• The Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Monday. The Louvre Abu Dhabi is open from Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM and Friday to Sunday 10:00 AM - 08:30 PM

• The Qasr Al Watan is open from Every day: 11:00 AM to 06:30 PM
• Guests should bring a printed copy of their e-ticket and proceed directly to the turnstiles, where they can scan their ticket to gain entry. Guests are required to go through the security screening process to enter the premises, and the Operator has the right to check the identity by bringing original government photo identification or the credit card used to purchase the ticket.
• This ticket allows for a single general admission entry to Qasr Al Watan palace, gardens, visitor center and all public areas within the palace
• Non-commercial photography and filming are encouraged and allowed in all areas, excluding the use of wearable devices inside the Palace or Palace grounds

• The Qasr Al Hosn is open Saturday to Thursday: 09:00 AM– 08:00 PM and Friday: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• A valid photo ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Hosn
• Qasr Al Hosn will not be held responsible for or liable for any issues, damages, or physical injuries suffered by any visitor on site or during any programmed event at Qasr Al Hosn

• The Bus route map and the schedule for the free tourist shuttle bus will be provided via email along with your admission tickets
• The Free SIM includes an eSIM/SIM card offering 2GB of data and 30 minutes local and international calls valid for 7 days
• Collect SIM from Etisalat shop at Abu Dhabi Airport upon arrivals or city-wide stores
• Original passport and visa (if required) in presence of passport holder is required for SIM activation
• One SIM per passport, for travellers 18+ years, as per the UAE Telecom Regulation
• SIM card activation using a passport is exclusively for tourists. UAE citizens and residents must present their Emirates ID for SIM activation
