Meet your guide in Bordeaux and head to an authentic and charming family-run estate Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. Your workshop will start with an immersion in the vineyards to understand the winemaker’s daily work. Then, you will visit the facilities and the cellar in order to understand how the grape turns into wine. You will also discover the different subtleties of the grape varieties and their aromas through the tasting of 3 red wines. Learning the tasting techniques will lead you then to compose your own blend.
