What to expect

This one day guided Giant’s Causeway and Belfast City tour will bring you to some of Northern Ireland's most treasured sites.

As you leave Dublin and head north, you'll soon be in the Irish countryside and heading to the Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge which connects a 23 metre deep and 20 metre wide chasm between the mainland and a small island. You'll follow a 20 minute scenic cliff walk, cross the bridge to the island to check out its birdlife and enjoy the spectacular coastal views from different vantage points.

Then, it's time to head to the Giants Causeway which is sure to be the highlight of the trip. This UNESCO World Heritage site is made up of over 40,000 hexagonal shaped rocks that look like a grand set of stairs leading into the sea. These incredible stones have inspired many myths and stories surrounding their origin, some of which your guide will be happy to share with you! After the amazing Giants Causeway, you'll visit the vibrant and modern city of Belfast which, after decades of conflict, is a wonder to stroll around. If you want to learn more about the city's history, you can even opt to take the political taxi tour with a local guide!
