- Focaccia: the original and most famous focaccia on pair with the Bari version of it, it is very different from what internationally known as "focaccia bread". Focaccia was born in Genoa and is characteristic of its city
- Pasta with Pesto: born in Genoa it is a staple of the local cuisine. With fresh DOP basil, Parmiggiano Reggiano, Pecorino and European pine nuts, it is the traditional and only true way to experience the sauce
- Farinata: A simple but tasteful recipe made with chickpea flour and water
- Cheese Focaccia: Different from normal focaccia, in-between to thin layers of dough, lies stracchino cheese which will melt in your mouth
- Fried Cone: Made with different and fresh seafood ingredients fried and served with a lemon slice
