The walk to this lookout takes you through one of the few remaining pockets of ancient Antarctic beech forest, a link to the ancient forests of Gondwana.
Head to the nearby viewing platform to see the Purling Brook Falls. Finish your day by taking in the views of Canyon Lookout or Goomoolahra Falls Lookout (depending on the weather).
