This is a combination of a multi-site entry ticket for 2 archaeological attractions of Crete (the Palace of Knossos and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum), and 2 downloadable self-guided audio tours for your smartphone (accessible through an app), covering both the attractions
Kindly note that, between November 1st and March 31st, you'll receive separate tickets per archeological site, one for the Knossos Palace and one for the Heraklion Archeological Museum
Be aware that there may be long queues at the entrances, so you might need to wait before getting in
