Always starting with a bottle of bubbles, we will journey through learning about Wine & Food Pairing using local wines, two whites and two reds, accompanied by a broad range of different speciality French foods.
To finish up we'll pair sweets with dessert wine! We discuss tasting technique, wine and cheese analysis, and of course, how to pair wine with food during 90 minutes, including ample food.
