This tour starts at your hotel. You'll be picked up and taken to the first stop of the day, San Carlos Castle. This 17th-century fort was originally built to protect Palma from pirate attacks, hence its sturdy cannon-lined walls and waterfront location. You'll have plenty of time to take in the view, learn about the history and snap some pics.
Next, it's on to the Genova Caves. This natural underground network is chock-a-block with stalactites and stalagmites, a good majority of which are lit up – you don't need to be a photography pro to get some great pics here. Throughout your walk through the caves, you'll also be able to sample a few foods that're grown locally.
Your final stop is the Ermita de Portals. This old Catholic church is nestled at the top of a cliff face that looks out over the Mediterranean Sea – as you can probably imagine, the views here are top tier. Your guide will tell you a little bit about the history of this place, too, and you'll have plenty of time to line up the perfect shot of structure before returning to your hotel.
