Guided tour of the 500 domes atop the Naples Cathedral

Accessibility:

• Participation requires adequate physical conditions
• The visit is not recommended for people who have vertigo, claustrophobia, balance disorders or any other condition not compatible with the exploration of high-altitude environments
• Access to the roofs is provided exclusively by lift
• Currently not accessible to people with motor or visual disabilities/difficulties

Not allowed:

• Running, leaning or climbing

• Smoking or consuming food

• Open umbrellas

• Use of drones or tripods

• Animals

• Engage in unauthorized activities

• Weapons or dangerous objects, flammable materials, stinging sprays, glass or ceramic objects, unauthorized amplification devices, laser pointers

• Photographs and videos for personal use are permitted. It is not allowed to film the staff without the prior consent of the interested parties, nor to record the explanations of the guides without authorization. Filming for commercial purposes is prohibited unless specifically authorized by the MUDD management

Know in advance:

• Access is allowed only to visitors with a valid ticket for the date and time indicated
• In order to ensure safety and quality of the experience, the route is subject to the following capacity limits: Maximum simultaneous capacity: 30 participants; Maximum number of visitors per group: 15 participants; Maximum number of groups per round: 2; Maximum group time on the rooftops: 45 minutes
• At the start of the visit, the MUDD staff introduces the experience and illustrates the safety rules. The tour guide is responsible for the cultural leadership of his or her group and is required to ensure a brief presentation of the MUDD project (lasting a maximum of 4 minutes). Full collaboration is required in compliance with the times and methods established for the path
• During the entire visit it is mandatory to follow the instructions of the MUDD staff, respect the warnings of the safety signs, maintain a prudent behaviour and pay attention to the steps and differences in height along the way
• Failure to comply with the rules contained in the regulations may result in the cancellation of the reservation, the immediate interruption of the visit and the removal from the route, without the right to a refund of the ticket
• MUDD staff reserves the right to cancel the reservation if situations are found that compromise the safety of people along the route
• In case of delay, access to the route is not guaranteed and the ticket is non-refundable
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

Remember to bring:

• Comfortable shoes and practical clothing are recommended. The use of heels or footwear that is not suitable for walking on inclined surfaces and steps is strongly discouraged
