  • the river cruise departs every 30 minutes from 10.00am to 10.30pm (April to September) and every hour from 11.00am to 8.30pm (October to March) at the feet of the Eiffel Towel: Bateaux Parisiens, Port de la Bourdonnais, pier number 3
  • the boat can host 300 people in good weather conditions and 120 people when the weather is rainy to comply with the rules
  • the audio guide on the boat is available in 14 languages: French, English, Hindi, Arabic, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean
  • you're suggested to arrive around 30 minutes in advance; indeed, even with prepaid tickets there may be waiting time at security checkpoints
