The cooking experience will be made up of three different moments. During the first practical lesson will learn how to prepare the dough. Then, you'll focus on drafting and cutting it; lastly, you will discover the secrets concerning the making of different kinds of pasta, practical tips and interesting possible pairings and combinations.
