At the Villa, you will be welcomed by Eddy and Jessica, the owners of the estate. Eddy is an artist, musician, singer, director, composer, food journalist, publisher and cinematography professor; his estate talks about his many activities and he himself will tell you the most surprising stories about his life.
First of all, enjoy a tour of the villa and stop at the vegetable garden where, depending on the season, you will pick up some fresh ingredients that you'll need for the recipes. Then, head to the kitchen where you will learn the secrets of Italian cuisine, the best ways to eat seasonally and how to prepare the perfect pasta. After a welcome appetizer, you will cook pasta with the typical Amatriciana or Carbonara sauces, depending on the season. As second course, you will prepare Pollo alla Cacciatora (chicken with wine, sauce and vegetables) or Abbacchio al forno con patate (roast lamb with potatoes).
After all your efforts preparing delicious food, it's time to eat! Enjoy your lunch with Eddy and Jessica, accompanied by typical local red wine that cannot miss during a real Italian meal. You will taste your own creations while spending time in good company and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the surroundings.
