You will travel to San Mauro Castelverde, located at an altitude of 1050 meters, where you can admire the landscape of the mountains and the sea. After the tour, you will reach Trattoria La Posada located in Karsa, a small hamlet of San Mauro. The restaurant is run by a hospitable family, and here you will be offered a true Sicilian feast. The chef Rosa will be happy to show you the secret of her culinary art and everything you will taste will come from organic ingredients produced in the surrounding farms.
