Kick off your rafting or tubing experience being picked up in a luxury mini-bus and transported in style out to the Grand River. You will be checked in at the check-in point before a short briefing takes place where you will also get your maps, life jackets and paddles. Then enjoy the ride as your driver takes you up the river to the access point just north of Glen Morris.
Grab your raft or turbo tube and launch out onto the river, being free to make your way down the river until you're needed back at the check-in point. This experence is not just about riding so make sure you relax on the way. Perhaps stopping at one of the picnic points to have some snacks.
The distance on the river is 11.5 kilometers (7 miles). Depending on the speed of the river, you could be on the river for about three hours if you were to paddle the entire way with no stops. Four hours on the river makes it a leisurely day out, your mini-bus will be waiting when you descend off the river.
