Visit the Cité de l'espace, an interactive space exploration museum with 2,300 square meters of exhibits and attractions focused on spaceflight!
What's new in 2021 at the Cité de l'espace? This year, the Cité de l'espace has designed innovative animations, temporary exhibitions, and dialogues with robots for young and old to mark the events that have taken place or will take place this year! The new exhibits will focus on current missions in 2021, such as the landing of NASA's Perseverance rover to look for signs of past life on Mars, The United Arab Emirates' Hope mission around the Red Planet, the Chinese Tianwen-1 probe, or the flight of Thomas Pesquet for his six-month stay on the International Space Station as part of the Alpha mission.
Throughout the year, this amazing museum for all ages offers a remarkable astronomical experience and everyone has the opportunity to create their own visit according to their desires! Discover Imax® shows on a giant screen to experience the conquest of space, a planetarium to explore the sky in 3D, authentic spaceships to visit such as the Mir Space Station, or the Soyuz capsule... and observe real pieces of the moon with a magnifying glass.
La Cité de l'espace has thought of everyone, even the little ones! A permanent space called Kids City is welcoming children from 4 to 8 years old with 100% immersive presentations and decor on the scale to introduce them to 2 subjects: rockets and astronauts.
During your visit, play with interactive exhibitions and take part in scientific experiments, all designed to make you feel like you've been in space all day!
