Immerse yourself in a friendly small-group experience set in an authentic backdrop, where you'll discover the delightful landscapes and locally produced Chablis and Auxerrois wines.
Since 1989, cellar master Clotilde has been illuminating the essence of local terroirs through her wines. The Temps Perdus vineyard came into existence in 1992 when she planted her inaugural Chardonnay vines. From that point forward, fuelled by a fervour for the land and life itself, she has nurtured and tended to her vines with utmost care.
Today, the estate spans 30 hectares of vineyards scattered across numerous petite plots in the villages of Saint-Bris, Chablis and Irancy. These plots host a variety of grape types and vine ages. This quintessentially Burgundian mosaic enables Clotilde to dedicate herself entirely to crafting extraordinary vintages. Embark on a tour of the vineyards nestled at the base of the estate and gain insights about the terroir and its history from your guide. Following this, pay a visit to the winery and partake in a wine-tasting session featuring a selection of wines from the Chablis, Saint-Bris, Irancy, Bourgogne and Crémant appellations.
