The historic estate brings together a beautifully preserved 19th-century manor house, a traditional 18th-century home, known as a casa payesa, and the island's Museum of Natural Sciences. You'll have time to look around the houses for an authentic peek into Menorca's past, as well as take a self-guided tour of the museum's exhibits, which include 8,000 species of butterflies, insects, reptiles and more. For cheese-lovers, there's an option to include a demonstration of the traditional techniques that give Menorcan cheese its tangy flavour.
