Start your day with a 1h30 Hatha-Vinyasa style yoga session on the beach.

Follow your teacher's suggestions and find the correct alignment. Enjoy a safe environment and feel comfortable, even if it’s your first time trying yoga.

Arrive to the Il Chiringo which is a white beach bar and the yoga class will take place a couple of meters away from there, under the trees (in front of the tourist office).

What to remember

The minimum age of a participant is 14 years and the maximum age is 70 years
Wear comfortable clothes and bring some water with you
This experience is not suitable for anyone who has difficulty walking or moving
Brunch includes: coffee/tea/fresh orange juice and various toasts/bagels/muesli bowls
