What to remember
  • OMNIA pass holders have unlimited access to the hop-on hop-off Roma Cristiana Bus service throughout the three-day validity of their pass
  • Luggage exceeding the dimensions of 25x45x80cm won't be allowed onboard the bus. There's no extra charge for collapsible strollers and musical instruments smaller than 115x50x20cm
  • Visiting the Vatican museums and St. Peter’s Basilica: book a time slot for these sites when you collect your OMNIA pass
  • Please note: Vatican museums are closed on August 15
  • Itineraries may undergo changes resulting from unforeseen activities or events by the Holy See or the State of Vatican City
  • Due to demand, entrance to the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel is subject to availability during peak times
  • To gain entry to the hop-on hop-off bus tour, visitors must show a validated OMNIA card. To validate the pass, holders must enter the date on which they first use their pass
  • This card is not recommended for visitors with physical disabilities; however, the Vatican sites offer free admission and priority access to visitors with physical disabilities who have proper medical documentation as well as one care-giver (or family member)
  • Various other museums and sights in Rome offer free admission to disabled EU citizens and an accompanying person
  • Reservations to the Colosseum are mandatory to all Rome Pass holders. Customers can book after collecting their passes at the OMNIA redemption centres in Rome. There are 3 ways to book:
    • online;
    • via call centre;
    • in person at the Colosseum ticket office (only on the same day, subject to availability)
  • There is an additional cost for booking online and via the call centre of €2 per person. Booking at the Colosseum ticket office on the day is free of charge. You will get full instructions on how to book your Colosseum entry at the OMNIA redemption centres. Please note: visitors who go to the access point without the Omnia Pass will not be allowed access to the monument, even if they have made the reservation
  • Please note: it is only possible to cancel your pass within 14 days after the purchase

  • The Colosseum and Roman Forum: 2 June – open from 13.30 – 19.15 (last admission 1 hour before closing)
  • St. Peter’s Basilica: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 15, 18, 19, 22, 26, 29, 30 June - tour availability: 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 03.00pm only
  • Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel: 29 June – closed
  • Roads around the Colosseum and Roman Forum may be affected by the national holiday on 2 June – please plan your city tour carefully
