You can redeem your bus tour voucher at any Big Bus hop-on hop-off stops with a member of the staff, or directly on board the bus with the driver. The walking tour (only included with the Explore ticket option) departs from Stop #1 Opera (Walfischgasse 2, Vienna 1010) at 11:30.

The City Route runs daily from 09:30 to 16:30, its frequency is 20 to 30 minutes, and the duration is about 1 hour and 50 minutes. The Palace Route runs daily from 09:45 to 16:45, its frequency is 20 to 30 minutes, and the duration is about 1 hour and 50 minutes
The Explore ticket option includes a 90-minute walking tour that departs daily at 11:30 from stop #1
The Essential and Explore ticket options include a code for a free walking tour that can be downloaded from the Vox POPGuide App. Your download code will be supplied on the printed ticket receipt you get when you redeem your ticket with the on-street staff. Simply download the POPGuide app, activate the code on your ticket receipt, and enjoy your chosen walking tour
