Explore Windsor Castle, which occupies over 10.5 hectares and includes the State Apartments and St George's Chapel. The State Apartments are furnished with works from the Royal Collection, reflecting the tastes of the Castle's royal occupants, particularly Charles II and George IV.
You'll see paintings by Holbein, Rubens and Van Dyck, Sèvres porcelain, and English and French furniture. Many works of art remain in the historic settings for which they were originally collected or commissioned by the kings and queens who have lived at Windsor.
Your visit includes a self-guided tour with a complimentary multimedia guide. During winter months, the Semi-State Apartments are also open, which served as the private rooms of George IV in the 19th century. St George's Chapel, a working place of worship, is included in your visit when not in use for services.
The Undercroft Café, located in one of the oldest medieval parts of the Castle, offers refreshments for purchase.
